What to Expect During a Session

Pre-Session Preparation

Before your treatment, our team will guide you through the process and answer any questions you have. You'll be asked to wear comfortable clothing without metal parts and to avoid alcohol, smoking, or certain medications beforehand.

Inside the Chamber

Once inside the hyperbaric chamber, you'll recline comfortably as the pressure gradually increases. You’ll breathe normally while the oxygen concentration rises, allowing your body to absorb more oxygen.

Post-Session

After the session, pressure will be slowly released, and you'll exit the chamber feeling refreshed. Some people experience a boost in energy, while others feel relaxed or slightly tired. We check in with you and provide aftercare recommendations.
